The mission of the Friends of the College-Rolando library
is to support this branch by:

* Promoting development of literate citizens,
* Raising funds in support of increased acquisitions and community programs at this branch, and
* Increasing awareness of the library and its resources for the public.

We envision our library fulfills the needs of the community by:

*maintaining a quality collection of books and other materials,
*providing excellent service to enable lifelong learning, and
*promoting the use of library services and programs.
